He "worked" out of the Embassy in Kuala Lumpur in 2003. Under State cover as the 
Regional Affairs Officer. He was probably the Chief of Station.

CIA Officer Benjamin Ray Dillon expelled from Russia in January 2013.

CIA Officer Ryan Christopher Fogle was detained on May 13, 2013 in Russia attempting pass money and instructions to a CIA “source”. Source Sends – Teric William Staton was issued a “Diplomatic Card” for Pakistan on 17 September, 2010. I came across this link to an archived news story from 1995 which mentions him as a “Program Manager for the CIA”
